VIVILT FLORA

About Vivilt :

Once cut, a flower's story is tragic, they are no longer apart of the natural order, are transported into the manmade world, where they are left in a vas only to be appreciated for transitory moments until discarded. Flowers become more interesting in their withering state, perpetuating a different kind of metaphoric language. The resulting series plays on ideas of the modern woman at any age, sexuality and how technology alters our perception of nature.
